One of my greatest achievements on the farm was when I bought my first 5 chicks and taught myself how to properly care for and protect them.  Years later, I have too many to count!  It's a never-ending job but I love their companionship outside, their funny antics and of course the beloved eggs.  People will tell you there's just something about my eggs.
