Using my own homegrown herbs, I gently infuse extra-virgin olive oil with opal basil, sage, oregano and rosemary.  The end result goes into my signature old-fashioned bottle with a freshly dried sprig of rosemary.  The taste is complex and rich with tangy top notes.  Use as a dipping sauce, use for sautéing, or add to your own marinades and vinaigrettes.  Endless culinary creations await.
